Were looking for SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our team of experts and help deliver innovative and people-focused solutions across a variety of challenging projects.

 

 

What Youll Do

Participate in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions

Plan and autonomously execute project deliverables across different streams

Translate business requirements into technical specifications

Manage interactions with clients and internal teams

Identify and solve problems within your area of expertise

Contribute to the growth of the SAP HCM/SF practice

 

 

What Were Looking For

2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects

Certifications in SF modules (a strong plus, but not mandatory)

Fluency in English (mandatory); German is a plus

Strong client orientation and results-driven mindset

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical mindset

Strong planning, organization, and quality focus
