A successful Senior Finance Specialist should :
- Prepare and oversee financial reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external auditors; previous experience working with Big Four firms is highly valued.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Develop and implement effective and efficient financial processes.
- Support the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Identify and recommend improvements to accounting and financial processes.
- Stay up to date with changes in financial and accounting regulations.
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Specialist should have:
- Previous experience in financial reporting, accounting, and compliance.
- Experience working with a Big Four firm is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
