You will play a key role in managing and optimizing cloud-based database infrastructures, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer and support databases in AWS mission-critical environments.
• Install, configure, and maintain database systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents.
• Perform performance tuning and database optimization.
• Optimize queries and manage workloads.
• Contribute to international projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support architectural decisions and technology evolution.

? Technical requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• AWS RDS
• Aurora (PostgreSQL & MySQL)
• Amazon Redshift
• Solid knowledge of:
• Performance tuning
• Query optimization
• Workload management

Nice to have:

• S3
• IAM
• Lambda
• CloudWatch

Profile we are looking for:

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Upper-intermediate level of English (B2 minimum).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (technical and business).
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Well-organized with strong prioritization skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Working conditions:

• Availability to work in shifts (team coverage model).
• On-call availability (approximately 1 week per month).
