We're Hiring: Data Quality Analyst Lisbon (Hybrid)


Are you passionate about data integrity and eager to make a real impact in one of Europe's leading financial institutions? Join our Data Quality & Governance team as a Data Quality Analyst, and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the accuracy of critical financial data.


About the role

As a Data Quality Analyst, you'll ensure the successful execution of our global data quality remediation plan. You'll support both central and local teams in identifying data issues, assessing their impact, and driving resolution actions. From daily support to strategic project contribution, you'll be a key player in maintaining robust data governance and reporting standards.


What you'll do

  • Support data issue logging with complete descriptions, impact analysis, and format compliance
  • Help identify risks associated with data anomalies
  • Collaborate with Head Office and local teams to resolve issues
  • Monitor action plans, define priorities, and ensure timely remediation
  • Provide daily support during financial closings and help improve related procedures
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings across EMEA teams on data quality topics
  • Contribute to data quality reports and share updates with governance committees
  • Act as the main point of contact for data quality within evolution and transformation projects
  • Support and escalate progress, blockers, and data quality KPIs to R&F DO and GDO teams


What we're looking for:

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and results-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of the banking industry, with experience in accounting, credit, and COREP reporting
  • Proficiency in Dataiku and Power BI (Expert level)
  • Solid understanding of data quality principles and governance practices


Language Skills

  • Fluent English (spoken and written - mandatory)


Soft Skills

  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with international teams across various locations
