Senior Consultant Internal Consulting | International Banking Group
A leading international financial services group is strengthening its internal consulting capability in Portugal and is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to support high impact strategic and bank integration initiatives.
This role offers direct exposure to senior executives, a strong strategic dimension and the opportunity to actively shape and develop an internal consulting function within a complex, international environment.

Your role
As a Senior Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, supporting critical transformation and integration programmes across the Group. You will be involved in endtoend project leadership, from strategic framing to execution and delivery.

Key responsibilities

Define and operationalize the vision and operating model of the internal consulting unit
Lead complex strategic and bank integration projects
Manage a portfolio of largescale, highvisibility initiatives
Engage with and influence senior stakeholders across multiple geographies
Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, tools and best practices
Promote knowledge sharing and thought leadership within the consulting function


Your profile

10 years of professional experience, combining management consulting and banking
Proven experience in bank integration projects (essential)
Exposure to international financial groups
Strong strategic thinking, leadership and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in highpressure, highvisibility environments
Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
