Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

The BCA EU business is now at an exciting turning point in their ambitions and we are looking for someone to work in our Decision Intelligence team supporting the execution of the business planning, and delivering high-quality analysis of market trends, performance and various scenarios.
Role Accountabilities:
- Conduct analysis of industry trends, performance, and operational metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making for growth and transformation initiatives
- Support the end-to-end business planning cycle, including preparing communication materials and process documentation
- Prepare reporting packs for various meetings, aggregating the commentary from each stakeholder
- Proactively highlight risks and propose corrective actions where needed, through an inquisitive mindset and inquiring the adequate stakeholders
- Develop and maintain planning templates, reports, and standardised frameworks to ensure consistency and clarity across the business areas
- Support the preparation of presentations, executive reports, and planning documents for senior leadership discussions
- Take responsibility for meeting logistics related to business planning (e.g. workshops, review sessions), including scheduling, agenda-setting, and minute-taking, with clear action tracking and accountability follow-up
Skills and Expertise Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong knowledge of business planning processes and performance measurement
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI)
- Solid understanding of industry and market analysis techniques (e.g. SWOT)
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate planning, or a similar analytical role
- Automotive market knowledge would be valuable
