We are looking for a Senior Application Support.

MAIN TASKS:

• Trouble shooting and problem solving.
• Design, write, and correct scripts using shell linux.
• Practical knowledge of change, incident & problem management tools (ServiceNow, GITlab, ANSIBLE ).
• Investigate and resolve issues in the short term (workaround / setting up procedure) and longer term (participate to the definition of proper fix).
• On-call duty (when needed) on weekends, nights, etc.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• SQL (Expert).
• Shell scripting (Expert).
• Good overall IT knowledge.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Hybrid regime in the Porto office.
