You will be a part of the Hays tech team working for an organization renowned for its innovative projects and collaborative environment, offering ample opportunities for professional growth and development.

Your tasks

• Develop solutions using .NET.
• Integrate systems using REST, ensuring security.
• Analyze and implement system integrations using industry best practices.
• Collaborate effectively within a team.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to meet business needs.
• Implement projects using Agile methodology.
• Actively participate in daily meetings and Agile ceremonies.
• Engage in planning, retrospectives, and code reviews.
• Maintain and support existing systems, fixing bugs and implementing continuous improvements.
• Monitor solution performance, suggesting and implementing optimizations.
• Develop and implement performance indicators for solutions.
• Implement unit tests.
• Document solutions to ensure quality and standardization.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Informatics, or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience developing solutions using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core).
• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework/Core and Entity Framework.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps.
• Microsoft certifications in development areas are valued.
• Good knowledge of relational databases, especially SQL Server. Knowledge of non-relational databases is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power BI is valued.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English (B2/+).
