Scrum Master

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Languages: English (B2-C1) - french is a plus

Work model: Hybrid model: at least 3 days in the office

Onboarding (first 3 months): 4 days/week to help you integrate smoothly

Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a key role in strengthening Agile practices within the team and beyond. More than facilitating Scrum ceremonies, you'll actively guide teams in applying Agile principles, clarify collaboration between key roles, and contribute to the organization's broader Agile evolution. You will lead by example, with a strong focus on team performance, delivery of value, and continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

• Strong communication and leadership skills, fluent in English, French is a plus
• Proven experience applying Scrum and coaching Agile teams
• Ability to navigate complex situations, manage conflict, and influence stakeholders
• Solid technical background, ideally with previous hands-on development experience
• A natural coach and mentor with a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities:

• Promote Agile values, best practices, and frameworks, acting as a true Agile ambassador
• Coach and support teams and stakeholders through Agile adoption and change
• Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-prioritized, value-driven backlog
• Identify and remove blockers, whether technical, organizational, or people-related
• Support teams in becoming autonomous, high-performing, and continuously improving
• Share knowledge and best practices with other Scrum Masters across the organization
