Your New Role
As an SAP Specialist (PP/PM), you will be the primary point of contact for the business. Your responsibilities will include creating, optimising, and enhancing interfaces, as well as resolving any issues that arise. You will work closely with relevant stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions for connecting IT systems, performing root cause analysis, and finding solutions with the support of a strong IT team.
Responsibilities
- Manage application databases (duplicate cleaning, data corrections, case-by-case analysis, etc.)
- Collect and process user feedback on applications
- Produce and analyse application usage indicators
- Propose improvements to optimise application usage
- Create manuals and other support materials for application use/
- Suggest measures to increase application usage
- System Configuration and Customisation
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Recent graduate in management, economics, or similar fields
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Constantly seeking innovative, proactive solutions
- Methodical, organised, and good at interacting with others.
