Were looking for SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our team of experts and help deliver innovative and people-focused solutions across a variety of challenging projects.
What Youll Do
- Participate in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Plan and autonomously execute project deliverables across different streams
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Manage interactions with clients and internal teams
- Identify and solve problems within your area of expertise
- Contribute to the growth of the SAP HCM/SF practice
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
- Certifications in SF modules (a strong plus, but not mandatory)
- Fluency in English (mandatory); German is a plus
- Strong client orientation and results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical mindset
