We are seeking a skilled SAP Payroll Consultant with strong experience in Portuguese localisation to support configuration, compliance, and ongoing payroll operations for a key project.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP Payroll for Portugal, including wage types, Segurança Social, IRS, and DMR reporting
• Maintain and adapt schemas and rules (PE01/PE02) in line with local legislation
• Integrate payroll with Time Management, including holiday calendars, work schedules, and absence quotas
• Ensure legal compliance through configuration updates and SAP Notes
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant payroll runs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SAP Payroll experience, including 2+ projects in Portugal
• Deep understanding of Portuguese payroll laws and statutory reporting
• Strong configuration skills: schemas, rules, wage types, control records
• Experience with SAP Time Management in a Portuguese context
• Fluent in English; Portuguese a plus
