Your new role
As a SAP Master Data Solutions Lead, you will take ownership of material master data processes within a large-scale transformation programme, playing a key role in shaping governance, standardisation and system design.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to bridge the gap between requirements and SAP capabilities, ensuring scalable and compliant solutions. From defining data models and workflows to supporting global rollouts, you will guide the evolution of master data practices and drive alignment across multiple systems and markets.
In addition, you will act as a reference point for governance and process improvement, contributing to the stabilisation and continuous optimisation of SAP solutions in a dynamic environment.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced SAP professional with strong functional expertise and leadership capabilities:
- Proven experience in SAP MDG, particularly within Material Master data
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices
- Expertise in process and workflow design, including validations and approvals
- Solid knowledge of SAP Material Master processes, ideally within complex environments
- Experience supporting full lifecycle implementations and global rollouts
- Familiarity with tools such as BRF+ is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
