Your Tasks
Act as a core member of the distributed IT SAP HCM application team responsible for support (50%) and enhancements projects (50%) in a complex and integrated IT landscape in HR.
Daily incident solving in HCM PA, PT, PY, OM (2nd and 3rd level support)
Map requirements, processes and objectives, develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business requirements.
Document AS-IS and TO-BE by identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions; supervise development activities when needed
Support the global SAP ECC HR Roll-out, SuccessFactors Implementation, FIORI
What you’ll need to succeed
3+ years working in HCM area, preferably with experience implementing large-scale complex ERP initiatives on a global / enterprise level
Demonstrated expertise in SAP HCM and hands-on configuration experience
Demonstrated expertise in Time Management, main focus on Evaluation schema & Rules knowledge and Time Manager Workplace knowledge
Availability to work with both remote (DE, US) and in house (PT) teams
Experience at working and collaborating in an international team environment
Self-dependent way of working, organized and building up official documentation
