Your new role
• Act as a dedicated resource for managing critical case assignments during parallel rollouts and high-risk project situations
• Serve as the first responder for critical issues impacting timelines and key deliverables
• Coordinate with technical and functional teams to resolve blockers quickly and efficiently
• Maintain escalation logs and ensure full transparency of critical issues to management
• Implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues and improve overall process resilience
• Communicate status updates, risks, and resolution plans clearly to stakeholders and leadership
• Support smooth execution of large-scale ERP rollouts and migration activities
What You Need to Succeed
• 7+ years of experience in ERP project management, issue resolution, escalation management, or data migration projects
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migration programs or large-scale rollouts (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of ERP rollout processes, data migration dependencies, and critical business workflows
• Experience in root cause analysis, risk assessment, and contingency planning
• Knowledge of incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and escalation processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and reporting dashboards
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Familiarity with automotive SAP S/4HANA target architectures
• Experience migrating non-SAP systems into S/4HANA environments
• Knowledge of integration points within complex ERP landscapes
• Strong understanding of incident and escalation management best practices
