Your new role
As an SAP Consultant, you will act as a key link between business and IT, ensuring that technology solutions meet strategic objectives. You will analyse requirements, design optimised processes, and support the implementation of SAP-based solutions. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, coordination of functional testing, and providing guidance to development teams. You will also contribute to workshops, manage system issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Work with business partners to gather, validate, and document requirements.
- Analyse current processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
- Design and deliver functional specifications aligned with IT strategy.
- Coordinate and review functional testing of SAP solutions.
- Act as project lead for process optimisation initiatives.
- Provide training and functional support to IT colleagues and end-users.
- Manage and resolve system issues promptly.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement across IT solutions.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as IT Product Owner, Business Analyst, or SAP Consultant.
- Proven ability to deliver IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Familiarity with SAP and related IT technologies and methodologies.
- Agile certification (Scrum or SAFe) is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multinational environment.
