Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end IT and digital transformation projects:

• Define scope, plan resources and lead delivery to ensure projects hit time, budget and quality targets.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, integration engineers, QA and external vendors.
• Serve as main liaison between clients, internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Implement and improve project methodologies, governance models and documentation practices.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.
• Solid experience managing IT or digital transformation projects (B2B enterprise systems, platform rollouts).
• Strong command of project methodology (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written); Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Great planning & organisational ability, autonomy, adaptability and a results-driven mindset.
