We are looking for an Amazing: SAP ABAP HCM Developer

Seniority: mid-level

Type of position: remote

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar;
• +3 years of hands-on experience with SAP ABAP development, with strong focus on the HCM module;
• Experience in HR Infotypes, Logical Databases (PNP/PNPCE), LDB reporting, and HR macros;
• Familiarity with Payroll Schemas and Time Evaluation rules;
• Solid understanding of SAP HCM data model and business processes;
• Experience with Forms (SmartForms, Adobe) and HR-specific reports (ALV, SAP Query);
• Knowledge of authorizations, data privacy, and HR data handling best practices;
• Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using SAP PI/PO, CPI, or web services is a plus;
• Familiarity with S/4HANA and SAP HCM compatibility packs;
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Must be in Portugal (mandatory);
• 100% remote Project;
