Associate (0-3 years)
Tasks:
• Assist in building and maintaining data models and schemas
• Support data integration and ETL processes
• Conduct basic data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with data teams to implement requirements
Requirements:
• Basic understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud platform
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, and ETL tools
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Good English proficiency
• Eagerness to learn, teamwork, communication skills
DevOps and Deployment Responsibilities:
• Assist with basic deployment tasks using change sets or sandbox refreshes
Recommended Certifications:
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Developer
Medior (3-7 years)
Tasks:
• Design and implement complex data models and ETL processes
• Manage data quality and integrity
• Optimize data pipelines and performance
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to documentation.
Requirements:
• Proficient in Salesforce Data Cloud platform
• Experience with SQL, Python, ETL tools, and data visualization
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Good English proficiency
• Problem-solving, mentoring, project management
DevOps and Deployment Responsibilities:
• Manage deployments across sandboxes and production using tools like Change Sets, Gearset, or Copado
Recommended Certifications:
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Developer
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Advanced Developer (optional)
Senior (7+ years)
Tasks:
• Architect scalable data solutions aligned with business goals
• Lead integrations with external systems (e.g., CRM, CDP)
• Define best practices and governance for data management
• Drive innovation and platform adoption across teams.
Requirements:
• Expert in Salesforce Data Cloud platform and data architecture
• Proficient with SQL, Python, ETL tools, and data visualization
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Good English proficiency
• Leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management
DevOps and Deployment Responsibilities:
• Oversee CI/CD processes and ensure secure, compliant deployments
Recommended Certifications:
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Advanced Developer
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect (optional for strategic roles)
