Your new role:
• Lead the migration of warranty functionalities from SalesCore to Salesforce
• Define requirements, KPIs, and specifications together with business stakeholders
• Act as the main point of contact between project teams and business stakeholders
• Drive the project from a business perspective, ensuring alignment with objectives
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Plan and support training sessions for impacted teams, ensuring effective adoption
• Ensure clear communication and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle
What You Need to Succeed:
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally in the warranty domain
• Strong knowledge of complaint and case management processes
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to define business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Understanding of system integrations, data migration, reporting, and KPI tracking
• Experience in transformation, migration, or CRM implementation projects
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence
• Experience with UAT coordination and stakeholder communication
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience with SAP systems
• Familiarity with case/complaint management tools
• Strong understanding of data migration processes and reporting
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
• Portuguese or other languages
