Both roles involve designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet the client business needs through significant skills of analysis, creativeness and critical thinking.
Description
We're looking for a Salesforce Architect / Senior Salesforce Developer and mid-to-senior Developers, they'll be responsible for:
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and best practices.
- Document technical processes and provide training to end-users when required.
Profile
Successful Salesforce Architect and Developers should have:
- Proven experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications will be considered a plus.
- English fluency, as well Portuguese.
