Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, and providing customized solutions. This role will involve conducting market research, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Representative will also be required to collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify prospects and understand their relocation needs
  • Respond to inbound leads via email, WhatsApp, and phone
  • Clearly explain Zerra's services, product options, and value proposition
  • Manage the sales pipeline in CRM and follow up with leads regularly
  • Schedule and conduct intro calls, demos, and walkthroughs
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging
  • Provide feedback to the product team on common questions and client pain points
  • Help build and refine sales processes and playbooks


Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in sales, customer success, or account management
  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages like Portuguese or Spanish are a plus)
  • Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace
  • Empathy, patience, and a consultative approach to selling
  • Interest in relocation, international living, or the expat/digital nomad space
  • Self-starter with a hands-on, team-player mindset


Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company
  • Knowledge of global mobility, immigration, or tax services
  • Previous experience selling B2C services or subscriptions
