We are partnering with a leading global player in the adhesives and speciality chemicals sector to identify an ambitious Sales Manager to drive commercial growth in Portugal and surrounding regions.

This confidential search is for a well-established company known for its innovation, technical excellence, and strong market presence across industrial adhesives, packaging solutions, and construction applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow direct sales of industrial adhesives in Portugal.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline across key industry sectors (e.g., general industry, industrial, packaging, construction, automotive).
• Maintain and grow relationships with distributors, OEMs, and end-users.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Director (Southern Europe).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within adhesives, coatings, or speciality chemicals.
• Strong network within the adhesives or industrial manufacturing ecosystem in Portugal.
• Proven track record in solution selling and territory development.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
