What Youll Do

 Develop and Execute Sales Strategies Craft and implement robust sales strategies to meet targets and enhance our market footprint in Portugal.

 Seek New Growth Opportunities Explore new markets and strategic product categories including Dispensing Systems, Applicators, Closures, and Containers.

 Client Relationship Management Foster lasting relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and providing custom solutions.

 Customer Engagement Engage actively with customers to solve their concerns and boost satisfaction levels.

 Budget Oversight Manage the regional sales budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize results.

 Sales Data Analysis Utilize sales data to spot trends and refine strategies for better outcomes.

 Cross-Functional Teamwork Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Operations to align sales objectives with company goals.

 Reporting Regularly report to senior management, showcasing achievements and outlining future directions.

What Youll Bring

 Essential Skills

• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Extensive experience in sales management, ideally within the rigid packaging sector.
• Deep understanding of the Beauty and Wellness market.
• Track record of meeting sales goals and driving growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish and English.

 Desirable Attributes

• Additional EU language skills.
• Experience in the Portuguese manufacturing scene.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
