We are looking for a Sales Assistant based in Lisbon, Portugal, who will be responsable of following the sales strategy initiated by the Senior Sales Manager, to achieve objectives of annual plan approved at Corporate and Regional levels (volumes / categories / new customers) and reach target of profitability in all segments.
The candidate will be in charge of:
- Control and check inventories at different locations / ports.
- To coordinate deliveries with customers and supermarket programs/orders.
- Transport order confirmations and communications with the different ports / locations.
- To control and coordinate 3rd party suppliers (ripening service, pineapple supermarket orders).
- To raise SO's in linkfresh.
- Ensure Company Policies and all Logistic Forms (PO, Mou, CLM).
- Handling of quality claims received by customers. Accrual of claims in linkfresh and raising the claims in the new Claims management system.
- Post-Sales operations.
Required skills:
- Minimum of 3 Years' experience in sales/customer service department.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
- Knowledge of Spanish will be an added value.
- Organizational maturity and effectiveness.
- Empowerment and Ability to deal with change.
- Able to demonstrate professional competence, both within the company and with external contacts.
- Results orientated with a positive approach.
- Excellent Communication Skills / Proficiency in Computers.
