Description
As a part of the Sales Team your directly responsible for partnering wit Large hospitality companies. As an Account Executive, you will responsible for creating a pipeline of and signing up local hospitality companies around Portugal. In some cases, they will be existing cities that will need you focusing on increasing content or figure out the best restaurants & hotels in town and convince them to join the platform. In some others you will have to build new portfolios of Tourism companies from scratch in a matter of weeks and subsequently grow them to ensure enough content quality in Portugal.
Identify recruitment needs from our current customers and convinced them to join the platform;
Five meetings a week via Teams and on-site visits in the different cities of Portugal once a month;
Always be passionate about hospitality and human resources. Be aware about the coolest places, events, and new openings in Portugal;
Be responsible for the entire sales process with new clients to source and negotiate the best talent solution for them;
Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company;
Daily report with the tasks executed (calls, visits, prospects, new business).
Profile
Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations is a plus;
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales;
Experience or knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry will be highly value;
Have excellent communication skills, detail oriented, strong grammar and writing skills;
Self-starter who can work in a highly demanding environment;
Humble with passion for hospitality will be super important;
Native level of Portuguese and fluent level of English;
Previous experience using Salesforce will be valued;
Must be willing to travel regularly to Barcelona for potential group meetings;
Should also be available to travel within Portugal to visit clients in person, which will be considered a plus;
Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy.
