Job description:

ITTF Iberian is an IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of BNPP functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market. It is a worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackling major challenges of the Group's transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Function communities through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices.

Main Tasks:

• Monitor RPA processes execution and performance

• Monitor and optimize process scheduling

• Perform RPA Level 1 support for issues and requests raised by Process Owners

• Develop relationships with clients and RPA implementation team based on effective communication and promotion of established support procedures

Technical Skills:

• Production support experience (3+ years)

• Diverse technical knowledge (Automation will be a plus)

• Knowledge of banking industry will be a plus

Language Skills:

• Good level in English is required (speaking, reading and writing)

• Ability to speak French is a strong plus

Soft Skills:

• Client focus

• High level of organization, analysis and problem-solving capability

• Ability to clear communicate and report status to the management

• Pro-active behavior regarding the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment • Strong interpersonal and communication (spoken and written) skills

• Accomplished team player • Good work ethic and high levels of motivation
