We are now looking for an Application Support (RPA) willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a remote project based in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the setup and maintenance of RPA environments and robots
• Monitor and escalate production infrastructure issues
• Follow-up incidents and ensure resolution within SLAs
• Maintain and update operational procedures and documentation
• Collaborate with infrastructure and RPA implementation teams
• Ensure smooth operation of automation processes

Technical Profile:

• 3+ years of experience in Application Support
• Knowledge of automation / RPA environments (plus)
• Experience in incident management and production support
• Familiarity with IT processes and support procedures
• Knowledge of banking environment (plus)
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• French is a strong plus
