Description
Report directly to the Board, ensuring strategic alignment;
Coordinate with portfolio managers and investment teams in the identification, quantification, and mitigation of risks;
Develop, implement, and maintain risk-management frameworks and procedures for multiple funds and their subsidiaries;
Conduct risk assessments for new investment strategies;
Monitor market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks;
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ESMA, CMVM);
Support the development of risk-measurement methodologies and stress-testing scenarios together with the investment department.
Profile
Experience in risk advisory or financial services;
Degree in Finance, Economics, or quantitative fields;
Solid knowledge of financial instruments and risk metrics;
Experience with risk frameworks and internal policies;
Analytical capability and clear communication;
Command of regulatory requirements for asset managers;
Fluency in English.
