Description

• Monitor investment funds to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (UCITS, AIFMD) and internal guidelines;
• Review portfolio positions against investment strategy, including diversification, asset allocation, and sustainability (SFDR) criteria;
• Identify, analyse, and document compliance breaches, assessing impact and recommending corrective actions;
• Support risk oversight by contributing to the monitoring of UCITS and AIF risk profiles;
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (portfolio managers, risk teams, administrators, depositaries, auditors);
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes, tools, and reporting;
• Ensure clear, structured documentation and communication of compliance findings.

Profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent practical experience;
• Solid understanding of investment funds, financial markets, and asset classes;
• Exposure to investment compliance, audits, or regulatory frameworks (UCITS, AIFMD, ESMA) is advantageous;
• Knowledge of financial instruments; derivatives experience is a plus;
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Line Data Compliance (LDC) is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage multiple stakeholders;
• Fluent in English with strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
