Descrição da Função

As part of the expansion of an international team, we are looking for a Reverse Due Diligence Analyst (M/F) to support the management of compliance-related requests and corporate documentation on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Reverse Due Diligence (RDD) requests coming from external stakeholders, including banks, clients, suppliers, local authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Prepare, update, and organize corporate documentation required for due diligence reviews.
Analyze incoming requests and determine priorities accordingly.
Monitor ongoing cases and ensure timely processing and completion.
Support the management of information related to Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO) worldwide.
Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and regular update of all information provided.
Work closely with the Corporate Legal Team based in Marseille.
Actively contribute to the organization's operational reliability and compliance requirements.

Profile Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role in Portugal.
Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
Good knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Visio.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
High level of confidentiality and sense of responsibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a solution-driven approach.
Curiosity, open-mindedness, and interest in multicultural and international environments.

Gross monthly salary between 1,300 and 1,500.
Meal allowance of 10.46 per working day.
