Adecco Permanent Recruitment is recruiting a Revenue Analyst to join a leading client in the hospitality sector. The position will be based at the companys structure in Albufeira.
Responsibilities
- Support the accurate preparation and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports;
- Assist in ensuring all rates are correctly loaded and inventory is maintained;
- Perform audits and maintenance on systems such as PMS, CRS, RMS and Sales & Catering Systems;
- Maintain knowledge of all rates, room types, and hotel product to support revenue decisions;
- Prepare data and analysis for Revenue Management reports for related meetings;
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity daily/weekly through shop reports and online sources to identify market trends and selling strategies;
- Assist in the preparation of short and long-term revenue forecasts;
- Review and analyze reports such as OTA Insights, STR, Demand 360, and other measurement tools, identifying revenue opportunities;
- Update MARs in Delphi (or other Sales & Catering System) as required under the guidance of Revenue Managers;
- Analyze local events and activities to project potential revenue impact;
- Assist in preparing the 14 Day Forecast for distribution to the Management team to support staffing decisions;
- Support Group audit checks (at least monthly) to ensure alignment between Sales and Catering System and Property Maintenance System;
- Conduct test calls to Central Reservation Office (CRO) and property to verify accuracy of rate quoting, restrictions, and selling approach;
- Verify accuracy of the daily Flash Report;
- Keep updated on all special rates and promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Economics, Business Administration or related fields;
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a hotel Revenue Department or related analytical role;
- Familiarity with industry reports such as STR, Demand 360, OTA Insights, etc.;
- Proficiency in RM software and PMS;
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, in Portuguese and English;
- Strong time management skills;
- High attention to detail and follow-up.
