About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Reporting Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will handle reporting tasks related to insurance policies, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service for underwriters, brokers, and end clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Trial Balances analyses, P&L and B&S
• Continuously work to improve the processes.
• Support the Delivering, monitoring, maintaining and improving Internal Controls of Reporting.
• Month-end and year-end process Reporting and Delivery
• Month-end Debtor Analysis /Quarter/Year End
• Support the Internal & External audit
• Validation of all Controls and sign-offs for Month/Quarter/Year End
• Support the Finance Team duties as necessary
• Month End /Preparing Quality and Controls Reports

What We're Looking For

• You will have a degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics/area or equivalent;
• Good analytical skills;
• You would need to be able to explain your findings in a simple way that does not mislead or confuse;
• Ability to organise and prioritise and plan workload to meet deadlines
• Critical thinking, with an analytical ability to interpret the results of an analysis, and identify the key information that needs to be communicated;

• Fluent in English; Other European languages - Dutch, French, German, Spanish or Portuguese would be welcome;
• Able to work across geographical lines on a daily basis, both from a stakeholder and team perspective;
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other standard Office tools, as well as showing a high capability
• Experience in insurance or financial services would be a plus;
• Very good computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and ERP systems. Good and quick adaptation to internal systems;
• Have the ability to facilitate process change and improvement;
• Be pro-active and driven to achieve goals and objectives;
• Experience with Oracle or SAP or other accounting general ledger systems
