Description

• Manage and accurately maintain employee records and documentation.

• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters in German and English.
• Provide support with payroll and benefits documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Generate HR reports and maintain data accuracy within HR systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Profile

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience or knowledge in human resources or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Previous experience with Workday is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor legislation is an advantage.
