Are you fluent in Slovenian and have a strong command of English (B2+)?

Do you have experience in Collections or in areas like Accounts Payable, General Ledger, or broader finance operations like R2R, P2P, or HR administration?

About the Role:

As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting internal finance processes.

This is a totally remote role - work from anywhere - as long as it's in Portugal!

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Collections or related areas (Accounts Payable, General Ledger).
• Fluency in Slovenian (C1 or higher).
• Strong English skills (B2 minimum) for internal communication.
• Background in at least one of the following:
• Record to Report (R2R)
• Purchase to Pay (P2P)
• HR administration
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
