One of them - a multinational outsourcing company, is currently expanding its People Processes Department and is looking for an experienced:

Recruitment Consultant with French/ Italian/ Portuguese

Main responsibilities:

Participate at the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles;

Identify and attract multilingual talents through different sourcing strategies;

Conduct CV screening and pre-screening calls to assess candidates' suitability;

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and business clients;

Maintainance of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internal databases;

Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and key metrics;

Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and data protection regulations.

Job requirements:

Fluency in English and French/ Italian/ Portuguese

Previous experience in recruitment or talent aquisition;

Good understanding of sourcing techniques and ATS;

A successful team player with strong interpersonal skills.
