Description

• Identifies and manages recruitment channels, leveraging market insights to determine the most effective sources across different locations.
• Oversees the end to end process of sourcing and securing relevant candidate CVs from multiple platforms.
• Publishes job postings and proactively sources candidates through databases, networks, and external entities.
• Acts as the Iberia representative for the recruitment function in European level meetings, projects, and process alignment initiatives.
• Conducts initial CV screening and performs first stage telephone interviews with candidates.
• Prepares and delivers monthly updates on the status of open vacancies.
• Produces standardized reports, including shortlists of candidates for review by hiring managers.

Profile

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within professional services.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
