Quality Assurance Specialist with Italian, French or Spanish + English (C1) Hybrid in Lisbon

Languages: Italian or French or Spanish + English (C1)

Schedule: Standard business hours (Mon-Fri)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Evaluate call quality through regular monitoring and data analysis
• Create reports and suggest actionable improvements
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to maintain service excellence
• Identify script/process gaps and propose solutions
• Provide constructive feedback to support agent growth
• Join calibration sessions and support training teams with insights

You Bring:

• 1+ year in a QA, Quality Analyst, or Auditor role
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and feedback skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of call center best practices is a plus
