We're looking for a QA Tester (Manual & Automation) ready to take on new challenges with our Closer team!

Hybrid work model: Lisbon.

What you'll do:

• Analyze and design test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare and manage test data for various scenarios.
• Execute manual tests, including rigorous regression testing.
• Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.
• Log, analyze, and track defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate with the team (Dev, PO, BA) to define, review, and validate test evidence.
• Promote QA best practices within the team/domain.

What we're looking for:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in QA roles (Manual + Automation).
• Solid experience with Playwright for test automation.
• Strong knowledge of BDD (Behavior Driven Development).
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Xray for test management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• ISTQB Foundation Certification (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Fluency in English; strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with API testing and database validation (SQL).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines integration.
• Experience with Low-code technologies (e.g., Appian, Microsoft PowerPlatform).
• Proactivity, critical thinking, and a strong quality-oriented mindset.
