About the Role

A Last Bad Decision Host/Hostess (Pub Crawl Guide) is part nightlife guide, part social catalyst, and part chaos coordinator.

Your mission is simple: lead groups through Lisbon’s vibrant nightlife, break the ice, keep the energy high, and make sure everyone has an unforgettable night. From welcoming guests and setting the vibe to managing the flow between venues, you’ll turn a simple night out into a full experience.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves meeting people from around the world, enjoys Lisbon’s nightlife, and wants to combine fun with work — getting paid to create great nights and unforgettable stories.

Perfil do Candidato

We’re looking for someone who combines people skills, energy, and basic event coordination.

Communication & Social Skills

• Confident speaking in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with strangers
• Able to break the ice and create a fun group atmosphere

Interpersonal & Cultural Awareness

• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable with international guests
• Able to read group dynamics and adapt to different personalities
• Natural host mindset — making everyone feel included

Event & Group Management

• Experience handling groups of 6–20 people
• Able to keep the group together and on schedule
• Comfortable coordinating with bars, venues, and team members

Energy & Charisma

• Outgoing personality with high energy
• Positive attitude and strong presence
• Confident leading games, activities, and social interactions

Problem-Solving & Responsibility

• Able to handle unexpected situations calmly
• Basic conflict management skills
• Responsible when dealing with guest safety and alcohol-related situations

Bonus Experience

• Background in hospitality, tourism, events, or nightlife
• Previous experience as a tour guide, promoter, bartender, or host
• Familiarity with Lisbon’s nightlife scene
