The company you will be working for
We are recruiting for our multinational client in the pharmaceutical sector, located in Lisbon. We are currently looking for a Project Support Analyst to join on a temporary basis, covering a maternity leave.


Your new role

• Analyse project data and produce insights to optimise performance
• Identify issues, risks, and shortfalls, proposing effective solutions
• Provide day-to-day operational project support, including stakeholder liaison and timeline tracking
• Manage RAID logs, status plans, and action trackers
• Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports
• Identify and drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Facilitate meetings and workshops
• Ensure communication plans and engagement methodologies are effectively implemented
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary global team (UK, US, India, Mexico, vendors, offshore and in-house teams)
• Support the continuous development of a world-class Programme Support Office capability
• This is a fast-paced and demanding environment, requiring a highly collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across complex global teams.

What you need to be successful

• Fluent English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Experience with collaboration and project delivery tools such as MS Office, ServiceNow, JIRA, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI
• Strong knowledge of all phases of the project management lifecycle
• Proven experience as a Project Analyst in a complex global organisation
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across Business and IT
• Strong organisational, communication, and presentation skills
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills
• Ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple deliverables

What the company can offer you
Temporary contract directly with Hays, starting as soon as possible. The expected duration is until January, with the possibility of extending the contract if required.
