Job Title: Project Planner - Data Centres

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Planner to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge data centre projects across Europe. Based in Lisbon, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure developments in one of the most rapidly growing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules in line with project milestones and deliverables
• Work closely with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to ensure timelines are realistic and achievable
• Identify critical paths, risks and opportunities and propose mitigation strategies
• Provide regular progress reports, forecasts and analysis to support effective decision-making
• Support project controls processes and ensure alignment with contract requirements
• Participate in planning meetings and site reviews where necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Planner in data centre construction.
• Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project or similar
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and critical path methodology
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• EU Passport (essential)
• Fluency in English
