Disciplinary Leadership & Team Empowerment
- People Leadership: Provide disciplinary guidance, mentorship, and performance management for the Project Management and Data Analytics team.
- Culture Building: Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture and empower employees to take ownership of their professional growth.
- Resource Management: Oversee team capacity and talent allocation to ensure project demands are met across the division.
2. Strategic Project Management
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of complex analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Financial Steering: Manage project portfolios with budgets exceeding €3M, applying standardization techniques for financial steering and reporting.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks across multiple IT products and solutions within the analytics landscape.
3. Stakeholder & Client Management
- Division Liaison: Act as a key interface between the Power Tools division and Central IT, managing high-touch customer relationships.
- Communication Leadership: Drive transparency through regular status updates, executive steering committees, and collaborative workshops.
- Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of escalation for project-related issues and stakeholder misalignment.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Academic Background: University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 7 years in Project Management, specifically within IT environments.
- Scale & Scope: Experience managing cross-functional projects with budgets of €3M+ and leading global development teams of 15+ members.
- Project Management Certification (PMI/IPMA).
- Methodologies: Deep proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and classic Project Management. Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is highly preferred.
- Portfolio Management: Expert-level skills in financial steering, resource planning, and stakeholder mapping.
- Leadership Presence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Mindset: A structured, goal-oriented approach to problem-solving and strategic execution.
· Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
· Experience in managing diverse teams.
· Solid understanding of HR processes (performance management, conflict resolution,
coaching, development).
- Language: Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
