As they expand their pipeline, they are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced professional to oversee and drive development projects in Lisbon and the Lisbon area.

Description

· Oversee all development projects in Portugal, with focus on Lisbon region.

· Coordinate and manage technical teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.

· Ensure progress is aligned with project deadlines, deliverables, and budget.

· Apply value engineering principles to optimize costs without compromising quality.

· Review and work with "mapa de quantidades" (bill of quantities), ensuring correct scope and control.

· Coordinate substitutions of works and materials when required to achieve budgetary goals.

· Monitor construction processes to ensure quality standards are met.

Profile

· Degree in Engineering or architecture

· Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in project or construction management.

· Strong background in real estate development and construction processes.

· International experience (UK or other European markets) is a strong advantage.

· Excellent organizational and project management skills.

· Strong ability to work under pressure and deliver results on time and on budget.

· A proactive, structured, and team-oriented professional.

· Fluent in Portuguese and English.
