This role will be part of finance management team, and will be responsible for overseeing financial accounting, reporting, treasury, and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with international standards and deadlines. It also involves managing audits, banking relations, and supporting strategic decision-making while leading local BackOffice teams and coordinating with headquarters.

Description

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring compliance with deadlines and preparing financial statements.
• Supervise local accounting, IFRS adjustments, consolidation, and compliance with taxes, procedures, and regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, legal certification of accounts, licensing, and documentation requirements.
• Oversee treasury activities, including banking operations, reconciliations, cash flow planning, payments, billing, client collections, and supplier management.
• Handle relationships with banks, credit lines, guarantees, and risk management for foreign exchange.
• Support management with reporting, budgeting, financial planning, and international expansion projects.
• Coordinate and develop local BackOffice teams, including coordination with headquarters, office setup, and continuous improvement of administrative, financial, and legal processes.

Profile

• Higher degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 years of experience in finance management functions, with strong accounting basis.
• International experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Management, Financial Management, or Auditing is a plus.
• Proficiency in IT tools from a user perspective and knowledge of specific programs such as SAP and Excel.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
