We are looking for a profile focused on management and consulting. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with a hands-on approach to implementation, ensuring impactful and sustainable organizational improvements.

Main Tasks:

Lead organizational assessments to identify improvement opportunities

Map processes, define team strategies, and ensure structured reporting

Design operating models and organizational structures aligned with business goals

Deliver end-to-end project support, from consulting and analysis to implementation

Manage internal stakeholders across international teams

Ensure project governance, timelines, and deliverables are met with high quality standards
