STEM Connex is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a leading M&E contractor, with a strong focus on data centre projects, currently managing the delivery of high-profile sites across Europe. The Opportunity:

• Lead complete electrical scope across large-scale data centre projects

• Manage multimillion-euro budgets and complex stakeholder relationships

• Drive performance through strategic planning and team leadership

• Coordinate cutting-edge electrical installations and technical activities

Desired Experience:

• 10+ years managing large-scale electrical projects (commercial/retail/data centres)

• Trade or Engineering qualification with major electrical contract experience

• Data centre experience is highly advantageous

• Proven leadership in fast-paced, complex project environments

• Strong budget management and resource allocation expertise

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all electrical installation activities and design coordination

• Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, supervisors, and foremen

• Manage schedules, budgets, and critical milestone delivery

• Champion Quality, Health & Safety excellence
