A Adecco Recruitment is recruiting a Project Manager Supply Transformation for a international client based in Porto.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Project Director in planning and executing the transformation roadmap
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Organize and facilitate governance routines (SteerCo, project reviews, workshops)
Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making materials
Track project progress and ensure alignment with objectives and timelines
Monitor and follow up on action plans, ensuring accountability across stakeholders
Maintain and update risk, issue, and dependency logs
Ensure proper documentation of decisions, processes, and project artifacts
Promote structured project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Support communication across teams and ensure transparency on project status.
Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO frameworks and governance processes
PROFILE
Bachelors or masters degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
5 to 7 years experience in project management, PMO, or transformation programs CC1.1
Experience in transformation, transition, process improvement and/or IT projects
Experience in Supply Chain or Procurement / Shared Services Centres environments is a plus
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance
Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working in an international and matrixed environment
Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset
Continuous improvement mindset
Fully fluent in English (all work to be performed in English)
