We develop the Smart Building solutions of the future, generating significant energy savings for our clients through a comprehensive, cutting-edge offering that combines proprietary hardware and software.

To support our strong expansion in Portugal, we are looking for a highly organized and proactiv Project Manager to lead the technical deployment of our energy efficiency and IoT projects in large facilities.

Role Mission

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing one or several Building Management System (BMS) deployment projects for our B2B corporate clients from start to finish.

You will act as the vital link between the end client, the internal engineering team (integrators), and the construction/installation teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technological quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Lead the technical and financial preparation prior to the start of installations.
• Construction Management: Plan work schedules, coordinate installation teams on-site, and ensure the proper progress of project phases.
• Logistics & Supply Chain: Manage the forecasting, procurement, and on-site delivery of all technical materials (hardware, sensors, IoT) required for the deployment.
• Client Support (Account Management): Act as the main point of contact for the client throughout the installation lifecycle, answering questions, managing expectations, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Field Technical Support: Provide guidance and troubleshooting to construction teams and integrators to ensure the proper implementation of the BMS system.

Profile Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (Bachelor's degree + 3 to 5 years of combined education/experience).
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience leading the management and coordination of B2B technical solutions (ideally in energy efficiency, BMS systems, electrical/HVAC installations, IoT deployments, or photovoltaics).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong ability for the precise coordination of complex and cross-functional technical projects.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and decision-making capabilities.
• High technological agility: ability to easily learn new IT tools as a self-taught learner.

Languages:

• Portuguese: Native or Bilingual (Mandatory).
• English: Good professional working proficiency (for corporate internal communication).
• French: Highly valued as a plus.
