KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Manage and deliver projects based on SAP Ariba SaaS solutions
• Lead implementations of Ariba Buying and Guided Buying for Non-Stock POs
• Maintain a strong end-to-end view of the solution, ensuring alignment across business and IT teams
• Coordinate and align several teams during KU (Key User) test sessions
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams
• Monitor project scope, timeline, risks, and dependencies

Minimum requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in SaaS-based environments, preferably SAP Ariba
• Strong knowledge of Ariba Buying / Guided Buying, especially for Non-Stock PO processes
• Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement solutions
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams in parallel
• Structured, organized, and proactive working style
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
